Start
To start the program, do one of the following:
Click on "Start | Programs | intelliScore Ensemble" (or "Start | Programs | intelliScore Polyphonic" if you have the Polyphonic Edition of intelliScore).
In Windows Explorer, double-click on a project file. These files have an .ipr extension. When the program starts, it will automatically load the project you clicked.
If your computer is running Windows XP or Windows Vista, the first time you do this a window will appear stating that Windows cannot open the file. Click the "Select the program from a list" radio button and click the OK button. Select "intelliScore" from the list that appears, select the "Always use the selected program to open this type of file" checkbox, and click the OK button.
If your computer is running an earlier version of Windows, the first time you do this a window will appear requesting you to indicate which program you want to run when filenames with that extension are clicked upon. Type intelliScore Project in the Description box. Select iSemrs (or iSpmrs if you have the Polyphonic Edition of intelliScore) from the list of programs and click the OK button.
